A : PropertyGuard goes beyond giving you merely a credit report or score, we analyze that credit report for you, conduct criminal related background checks, verbally verify your applicant's employment, calculate payment probability and even give you a letter grade and warning alerts on your applicant.
Q : Can PropertyGuard accept payment directly from a tenant applicant?
A : Yes, you can have your tenant complete the credit card authorization form with their account information for processing. We encourage our customers to be creative with payment procedures.
Q : If I bulk order do you offer me a discount?
A : Yes, we are more than willing to work with customers who have bulk orders.

A : PropertyGuard uses a host of credible resources to provide our customers with reliable statistics on their prospective applicants.

A : Our customers have the privilege of purchasing either PropertyGuard tenant screening service or Property Maintenance services or both. The Tenant Screening service is provided as a complete package to provide the customer with the most results for their money. Property Maintenance services can be purchased individually.
Q : Is there any limit to the amount of properties you can handle for me?
A : There is no limit to the amount of properties we’ll handle. If you have 1 property or if you own apartment complexes across the nation, we’ll be more than happy to handle it for you.

A : PropertyGuard applies a grade letter to the applicant based on credit score, debt/income ratio, length of employment, and rental history.

B = Minimal Risk
C = Moderate Risk
D = High Risk

A : There is no membership fee, PropertyGuard is to be used on an "as needed" basis.
