1. Have applicant complete the PropertyGuard order form:

• Be sure to have applicant sign the authorization on the form for complete processing.
• Be sure landlord completes the Investor Information portion of the order form,
especially the proposed rent.
• Be sure the form is completed in its entirety prior to submission.

2. Submit your order form & payment one of the following ways:

3. Wait to recieve PropertyGuard Order Confirmation via email.

Cancellation Policy
We process requests for all reports promptly and are immediately charged by each of the credit reporting agencies for their data. Therefore, we have a NO REFUND policy for orders that are cancelled after the "Order Received" Confirmation email has been sent. PropertyGuard is not responsible for any overdraft/over-the-limit charges or bank fees if your account contains insufficient funds when your order is processed and billed.
